How it works
Step 1. Enter your booking details
Need to replace a staff member ASAP? Easy. Login to your Own Pool account and select “Create a booking”. Choose who needs to be covered, then input educator type, date and time, subject, and any certificates required.
Step 2. Decide between 3 fill options
Who do you want to work with? You can place your booking three different ways: by inviting multiple educators in your network in one go, by inviting a specific educator directly, or by sending your request to an agency.
Step 3. Confirm your invitation
To complete your request, simply review the booking summary. If everything is correct, click “Confirm & send”. Invitees are immediately notified by email and SMS. You can view and manage the entire process online.
Step 4. Get on with your day!
Sit back and relax—or smash through your to-do list. Our Own Pool dashboard shows the status of every booking you’ve made. It even displays ‘read’ and ‘unread’ invites. Educators will start getting back to you in no time.
